"Christina was an intragal part of the selling of our family home from the minute we met her. She paid close attention to our needs, questions, apprehensions, and aspirations. She lined up the perfect professionals in a timely manner to help with clearing the home out, finding and repairing important items, and the sale forward in a positive manner. She took time to meet with us (family coming in from.opposite coasts) as often as we needed and offered assistance at all hours. She even found and restored original wood flooring we thought could be under carpeting - which added greatly to the value of the home.We are very grateful for her attention, positive attitude, and professionalism. We would highly recommend her service to anyone."

"Christina is AMAZING! Selling our rental property was a long and challenging process, but Christina went absolutely above and beyond every step of the way. The property was on the market for 257 days, with multiple showings and five offers. Four of them unfortunately fell apart, but she never gave up and continued working tirelessly to get us to the closing table.Because we live out of town, she handled the majority of what needed to be done locally. She coordinated with tenants for showings, worked closely with the property manager to address issues, and even helped navigate a tenant eviction. On top of that, she managed major repairs including a sewer line replacement and several other fixes that came up along the way.She strategically took the property off the market a couple of times to reset the listing and keep interest strong. Throughout it all, she spent countless hours managing details, communicating with everyone involved, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks.Her persistence, dedication, and willingness to step in wherever needed made all the difference. I truly appreciate the level of service she provided and are incredibly grateful for everything she did to get this sale across the finish line. "Christina made my siblings, and I feel comfortable working with her to sell the family home right from the start. Christina was able to make the selling process run smoothly even though we all lived in different states. Christina kept in touch with us through in person meetings, emails, texts, voicemails and phone calls. Christina got us in contact with contractors who could get the home where it needed to be for sale. Christina went above and beyond by personally making sure everything was completed even if she had to do somethings herself. Christina also made sure we were able to get all necessary legal documents obtained and processed in a timely manner. We were able to list the home within 6 months, and the home sold within 4 months. Christina is a true professional and my siblings and I would highly recommend her. Christina is one in a million."
